  • 1 avocadoUse ½ of an avocado for each serving
  • handful cherry tomatoeshalved
  • handful cilantrochopped
  • pinch chili powder
  • squeeze lime juice
  1. Halve your avocado for each serving.
  2. Slice your tomatoes in half, and place on avocado.
  3. Add a light sprinking of chopped cilantro.
  4. Squeeze a small amount of lime juice over the entire dish.
  5. Finally, end with a light dusting of chili powder. This will add color and a pop of bold flavor.
