Classic Sweet Tea Recipe

Classic Sweet Tea … it’s one of the most popular and iconic beverages in the South!  Every good cook should know how to serve it, and the recipe below will reward you with wonderful results.  The sweetener I use is called Simple Syrup.  It’s one of the best ways to sweeten your tea because the sugar is already dissolved.  The liquid sugar is very versatile, and great for other drinks as well – even cocktails and hot beverages!

This wonderful recipe offers a robust tea flavor, without any bitterness. It's sweet, but not overly so. Absolutely perfect!
